The rooms here are clean, modern, and include a bath as well as enough space for a crib, all for £102.

Had brand-new double room with air condition as well as the bath.

The double room had basic facilities you need, central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. It was large and bathroom included a bidet. Free Wi-Fi was efficient and the service was great
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to Ciampino airport, a metro station, and a grocery store. My room was modern, clean, and included air conditioning and a nice bathroom.

Very nice stay for my 2 nights in Rome. Fairly clean hotel with modern rooms. - Very pleasant staff. - Great and reasonable location just off downtown, could not be better.

It is next to the airport. Minutes from via tuscolana and other tourist sights. Esquilino neighborhood is worth seeing.
Nothing.

The older man at the desk was very helpful and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
staff didn't transfer calls to my room (would often sleep at the desk); It smelled like smoke; you could hear the train; didn't have a working fridge or phone.

Good location next to the metro that takes you rigth to rome central station. Very nice staff that spoke english. We had a nice balcony. The pool was small but very clean and nice. I can recommend this hotel!
The bathroom smelled like smoke because it came from another room and it didn't offer breakfast that's the bad things about this hotel.

Perfect ! The position of the hotel is very good, just 300 meters from the metro station Porta Furba. If you look at the numbers - via Tuscolana 892- it is easy to find. A lot of bars and shops near the hotel so the breakfast outside the hotel is not a problem. Everything is new, the rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Great price for what you get.
If u have big problems with sleeping and you easily wake up, maybe this hotel is not the right one for you. The airport is not so far so you can hear some noise in the evening or in the morning. But for us it wasn´t a big deal, we slept very well. Hopefully the elevator will work the next time we come back!

Comfy bed in the double room is a dream! 🛏️ Central heating keeps you warm, and the electronic key card is hassle-free. Don't forget the handy work desk for getting things done. the bathroom is spotless, and the bidet's drainage is A+!

Nice hotel with the added bonus of a small pool, which we took advantage of. Pool area not completed yet (pool bar empty) but nice setting. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I booked 2 rooms and everything in them worked (fridge, air conditioning etc). Very close to Metro so its near to all the sights.
One of our rooms was very cramped, which meant the balcony door and fridge could not fully open as the bed was so close to them. However, this was not really a problem as we could still use them.

We liked the hotel have swimming pool, plenty of vegetation, the rooms had a balcony. The staff was very helpful. A green oasis of tranquility in a city full of dust.
The walls weren't clean, no breakfast is a disadvantage, lack of mosquito nets at the windows (many mosquitoes in Rome)

Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Room was cleaned well every day and shower was great - even had a deep bath. Plenty of cafes and trattorias around where food is cheaper than city centre and very tasty.
Look for the house number when on Via Tuscalona because it's down an alley and not signposted The Strand - only "Hotel". Location is halfway between 2 metro stops - which means you can hear and feel it rumbling along during the night. Not a problem unless you are a light sleeper. Also Metro not running on Line A after 9pm Sun-Fri until Jan 2012. There is a Bus replacement service from Termini.
